Initial consultation was super helpful. Caleb at Granite Ridge was friendly and offered detailed information of what he saw and how to replace what we needed. He was not afraid of going into our crawl space. The work itself was done quickly and professionally. He was able to utilize John Wardwell the owner of Bearded Plumbing Co. LLC, and they knocked the job out quickly, quietly, and with no mess left behind. They took the time to do thorough checks of their work and when an unexpected issue came up, they knew exactly what they issue was and were able to resolve it. I highly recommend giving these guys a call. Local and willing to work. Totally reasonably priced also. I will probably use these guys for all my plumbing needs as long as they are alive and doing business.

We had 2 cracks in our drain copper piping hooked to our kitchen sink. Caleb responded to my request for service quickly and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The work he completed was more than satisfactory - replaced the old copper piping with PVC, made sure no leaks before he left and cleaned up his work area. He was also patient in answering our quesations. Would absolutely recommend him and use him again.

He showed me exactly what he was doing so that I could fix the issue myself in the future should the need ever arise, as well answering my questions about the water heater, shower, and laundry set up.
